This blog is try and hold myself accountable when it comes to health and fitness. I’m currently weighing in at 12st 10 and aiming to get down to 10st. I’ve decided to start walking, running, open water swimming and, once I get my bike fixed, cycle. And obviously trying to eat better. If anyone has any fantastic recipes please comment a link!
This will also be a space for me to talk about my mental health and just word vomit I guess. But here we go – the journey begins and I’m in it to slim it.
